Effective date: 13 October 2026 · Version: 1.1
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RW Media Pty Ltd (ABN 82 623 586 372) ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the Vaultmastr service, and govern your use of the website at vaultmastr.com, the Vaultmastr web application, the Vaultmastr Assist browser extension and any related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at signup, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use & Content Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Vaultmastr is (and is not)
1.1 Vaultmastr is a workflow and metadata tool for adult content creators and studios. It lets you enter a scene's details once (titles, descriptions, tags, categories, performers, release dates, links), keep your master files organised in your own cloud storage, and then copy or auto-fill that information into the upload forms of third-party platforms you choose.
1.2 Vaultmastr does not host, publish, sell, stream or distribute adult content. Your video, image and document files are stored in cloud storage accounts that you own and connect (for example Dropbox, pCloud or Google Drive). Vaultmastr stores references to those files and the text metadata you enter. Where a file passes through our servers (for example a thumbnail uploaded through the scene form on its way to your cloud storage), it is held only transiently and is not published by us.
1.3 Vaultmastr is not a producer, co-producer, publisher or distributor of any content you create or distribute, and is not a party to any agreement between you and any third-party platform, performer, agency or customer.
1.4 Vaultmastr is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any third-party platform (including Pornhub, ManyVids, Clips4Sale, FapHouse, xHamster, FreeOnes, Reddit, X or any other site named in the Service). Platform names are used only to identify the sites our tools are built to work with.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm this.
2.2 You must use the Service only for a lawful business or professional purpose connected with producing or distributing adult content that you have the legal right to distribute.
2.3 If you register on behalf of a studio, agency or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.
2.4 Everyone who uses an account must be 18 or over. That includes sub-users and anyone else you let use your account. You must not give access to anyone under 18, and you are responsible if you do.
2.5 Account verification. Before an account can post, publish or share content through the Service, its owner must verify their identity: their own profile (legal name and date of birth), a photo ID and a photo of them holding it, saved to the account's own cloud storage (and, once approved, kept by us as an encrypted copy, as set out in our Privacy Policy), plus a confirmation that they hold the rights, age records and consent for everything they manage in the Service. We review it and may approve it, ask for more, or refuse it. Until it is approved the account can be set up and used, but posting, copy sheets, briefs and sharing are unavailable. Confirming something untrue is a breach of these Terms.
2.6 We may refuse, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where we cannot verify eligibility or where a payment processor, bank or law requires it.
3. Your account
3.1 You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything done by sub-users (team members) you invite. Keep your password secure and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.2 One account, one business. An account is for one creator, or one studio or agency and the people who work for it. Each plan includes set allowances (for example the number of brands and sub-users, and which cloud services you can connect). You must not share an account between separate creators or businesses, or give sub-user access to people outside your business, to avoid each taking their own plan. If you do, we may move the account to the plan that fits, remove the extra access, or suspend the account under section 10.
3.3 You must give us accurate information and keep it current, including a working email address and the billing name and address you want on invoices.
3.4 You may not share, sell or transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission.
3.5 No reselling. You may not resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise give access to the Service, or to sub-user logins, to anyone outside your business, whether or not you charge for it. Sub-users must be your own staff or contractors working on your account's content. Agency plans are quoted per package, based on the team size and usage you tell us about. If your use goes well beyond that, or we reasonably believe access is being resold or shared outside your business, we may re-quote the plan, reduce the allowances, or suspend the account under section 10.
4. Your content and your responsibility for it
4.1 "Your Content" means everything you upload, enter, connect, link or distribute using the Service: files in your connected cloud storage, scene metadata, titles and descriptions, performer names and details, identification and consent documents, posts sent to third-party platforms, and anything else you provide.
4.2 You own Your Content. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence needed to operate the Service for you: to store, process, transmit, display and reproduce Your Content as required to provide the features you use (for example rendering a copy sheet, filling a platform's upload form, or passing a file from your browser to your cloud storage). This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account, except where we must retain something to comply with law or to investigate a breach.
4.3 You are solely and entirely responsible for Your Content and for anything you distribute using the Service. In particular you represent and warrant, every time you use the Service, that:
- (a) you own, or hold all licences, releases and permissions required for, every piece of Your Content, and you have the right to distribute it to every platform you send it to;
- (b) every person appearing in Your Content was at least 18 years old at the time of production, and you hold verified, government-issued identification and age records proving it;
- (c) every person appearing in Your Content gave informed, written consent to be recorded and to the distribution of that content, including on the specific platforms you distribute to, and that consent has not been withdrawn;
- (d) where required by the law that applies to you (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for content distributed in or to the United States), you maintain complete and compliant records for every performer and will produce them on lawful request;
- (e) Your Content does not and will not contain anything prohibited by our Acceptable Use & Content Policy or by any law that applies to you, us or the platforms you distribute to; and
- (f) your use of the Service and your distribution of Your Content complies with the terms of service, content rules and verification requirements of every third-party platform involved.
4.4 Templates and resources. Any release forms, checklists or other resources we make available are general samples provided for convenience only. They are not legal advice, we do not warrant that they suit your circumstances or satisfy any law or platform requirement, and using them does not reduce your responsibility under section 4.3.
4.5 We do not review Your Content before you distribute it. We are not obliged to monitor Your Content, but we may do so, and we may use automated tools (including hash-matching and other scanning technologies) to detect illegal material passing through our infrastructure.
4.6 You must keep your own backups. Vaultmastr stores metadata and references; your files live in storage you control. We are not responsible for the loss of any file held in your cloud storage or on a third-party platform.
5. Zero tolerance for illegal and non-consensual material
5.1 The Service must never be used in connection with child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content produced through coercion, trafficking or exploitation, or any other material listed as prohibited in our Acceptable Use & Content Policy.
5.2 If we become aware, or reasonably suspect, that Your Content or your account is connected with any such material, we will:
- (a) immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated accounts, without notice and without any refund;
- (b) remove or disable access to the relevant content and any related data within the Service;
- (c) preserve relevant records and report the matter to the appropriate authorities, which may include the Australian Federal Police / Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the eSafety Commissioner and law-enforcement agencies in other countries; and
- (d) cooperate fully with any lawful investigation, including by disclosing your account details, identity information, IP addresses, payment details and activity logs.
5.3 You are solely liable for any such material and for all loss, damage, penalties and legal consequences that flow from it, and you indemnify us as set out in section 12.
5.4 Anyone can report suspected illegal or non-consensual material to us at [email protected]. See our Content Removal & Complaints page.
6. Third-party platforms and connected services
6.1 The Service helps you work with third-party platforms, cloud storage providers and social networks ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of each Third-Party Service is governed by its own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them, including rules on automation, account sharing, content verification and consent.
6.2 Some Vaultmastr features (such as the browser extension's form auto-fill) assist you in posting; you remain the person who reviews and publishes. Where a feature posts on your behalf (for example via an official API you have authorised), you authorise us to act on your instructions and you remain responsible for what is posted.
6.3 Third-Party Services may change, limit or remove their features, reject content or suspend accounts at any time. We are not responsible for any decision a Third-Party Service makes about you or Your Content, for any loss of access, revenue or data on a Third-Party Service, or for any Third-Party Service's availability or accuracy.
6.4 By connecting a Third-Party Service you authorise us to store the access credentials or tokens it issues (encrypted) and to use them only to provide the features you have enabled. You can disconnect a service at any time from within the Service.
7. Browser extension
7.1 The Vaultmastr Assist browser extension runs only on the platform sites it is built for, reads your Vaultmastr scene data, and fills in upload forms for you to review and submit. It does not collect your browsing on other sites.
7.2 The extension never makes declarations for you. It does not tick, select or confirm any checkbox, statement or certification on a platform's form, including any declaration that performers are over 18, that you hold identification or consent records, that you own the content, or that you accept the platform's terms. Every such declaration is left for you to make yourself, and when you make it you are making it personally to that platform, not through us. We never make, and never authorise anyone to make, any such declaration on your behalf.
7.3 You are responsible for reviewing anything the extension fills in before you submit it to a platform. Platforms change their forms without notice; a field may be filled incorrectly or left blank, and the final check is yours.
8. Plans, fees and billing
8.1 Some parts of the Service require a paid plan. Current plans and prices are shown in the pricing section of our home page. Plans differ in what they include (for example brands, sub-users and the cloud storage services you can connect), and your current allowances are shown on your billing page. We may grant extra allowances to a particular account at our discretion; doing so does not change your plan or create an ongoing entitlement. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes we are required to collect (for example GST for customers in Australia).
8.2 Paid plans are prepaid by invoice and do not renew automatically. When you choose a paid plan we issue an invoice for the plan period (monthly or annual). Your paid features start when we receive cleared payment. Before the period ends we send a renewal invoice; if it is paid, your plan continues for the next period, and if it is not, your account drops to the free tier or read-only access at the end of the period (section 9). We never take money from you without an invoice you have chosen to pay.
8.3 Payment methods. We accept bank transfer (Australian BSB/PayID, or international transfer in the currencies shown on the invoice) and selected cryptocurrencies. The accepted methods, payment details and payment window are shown on each invoice. Bank fees, currency-conversion costs and network fees are yours. If a payment arrives short, the difference is due before the plan activates.
8.4 Cryptocurrency payments are quoted at the rate on the invoice and must be sent in full, in the asset and to the address shown, within the window stated. Transfers are irreversible; payments sent to the wrong address or in the wrong asset cannot be recovered by us. Where a refund is owed on a cryptocurrency payment, we refund the dollar amount shown on the invoice you paid, by bank transfer or in the same asset at our choice.
8.5 Some features incur metered costs that we pass through (for example per-post charges from a platform's paid API). Where a feature is metered, the Service shows the rate before you use it, usage appears on your billing page, and the total is added to your next invoice or invoiced separately.
8.6 We may change prices or plan inclusions with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. If your account is on a founding price (shown on your billing page), a price increase does not apply to it while each invoice is paid by its due date. If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, or the account is closed, the founding price ends and the account continues at the current price.
8.7 Free, trial and lifetime plans are provided at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn; we will give reasonable notice where practical.
8.8 Referral credit. Each account has a referral link. If an account you refer signs up through your link and pays its first invoice, your account receives credit equal to one month of your current plan. Each referred account earns this once. Credit is applied to your next invoices, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and ends when your account closes. You cannot refer yourself, an account you control, or an account opened to obtain credit, and we may withdraw credit earned that way or in breach of these Terms.
8.9 Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any refund is the same amount, in the same currency, as you paid; it is not adjusted for exchange-rate changes. No refund is payable for any period remaining on a plan that is terminated because of your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use & Content Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Cancelling and closing your account
9.1 Because plans do not renew automatically, cancelling is simply not paying the next invoice. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you have paid for. You can also tell us at any time to stop sending renewal invoices.
9.2 You can ask us to close your account and delete your data by contacting [email protected]. We will delete or de-identify your account data within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, for billing and tax purposes, or in connection with an investigation or dispute.
10. Suspension and termination by us
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without notice and without refund, if:
- (a) you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use & Content Policy (including any representation in section 4.3);
- (b) we reasonably believe your account is connected with illegal activity, fraud, or harm to any person;
- (c) an invoice is unpaid after its due date, or a payment is reversed;
- (d) a bank, hosting provider, platform or regulator requires us to; or
- (e) continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal or reputational risk.
10.2 We may also discontinue the Service or any feature. Where we do so for reasons other than your breach, we will give at least 30 days' notice where practical and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
10.3 On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4.3, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16) survive termination.
11. Intellectual property and feedback
11.1 The Service, its software, design, branding, documentation and extension, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
11.2 Any suggestions or feedback you give us may be used by us without obligation to you.
12. Indemnity
12.1 You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vaultmastr, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and suppliers from and against all claims, demands, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:
- (a) Your Content, including any claim that it is illegal, infringing, defamatory, non-consensual, or involves a person under 18;
- (b) your failure to hold the rights, consents, identification or records described in section 4.3, including any failure to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or equivalent laws;
- (c) your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use & Content Policy or any law;
- (d) your breach of the terms of any Third-Party Service, or any action a Third-Party Service takes against you; or
- (e) any claim by a performer, model, agency, customer or other third party relating to content you produced or distributed.
12.2 This indemnity applies regardless of whether the claim is brought by a government agency, a platform, a payment processor, a performer or anyone else, and is in addition to any other right we have.
13. Disclaimers
13.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and guarantees not expressly set out in these Terms, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
13.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure; that any platform form will be filled correctly; that any post will be accepted by a platform; or that use of the Service will keep you compliant with any platform's rules or any law. Nothing in the Service is legal advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own advice on the laws that apply to your content and business.
14. Limitation of liability
14.1 Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the Service is not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for breach of that guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or platform access, however caused, even if we were advised of the possibility.
14.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or connected with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that 12 months and (b) AUD $100.
14.4 Without limiting the above, we are not liable for: (a) anything done by a Third-Party Service, including suspension of your account or removal of content; (b) loss or corruption of files held in your own cloud storage; (c) any consequence of Your Content being illegal, infringing or non-consensual; or (d) any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always at vaultmastr.com/legal/terms.
16. General
16.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to any non-excludable right you have to bring a claim elsewhere, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
16.2 Disputes. Before starting any legal action, contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue with you in good faith.
16.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace all earlier understandings.
16.4 Severability. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues in force and the unenforceable part is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
16.5 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor of our business on notice to you.
16.6 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
16.7 Notices. We may send notices to the email on your account. You may send notices to [email protected].
