Effective date: 8 October 2026 · Version: 1.0
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out what you may and may not do with Vaultmastr, what content you may and may not manage or distribute using it, and what happens if you break the rules.
Vaultmastr is built for legal, consensual adult content made by adults, for adults. We do not host or publish your content, but we will not let our tools be used in connection with material that harms anyone. The rules below are absolute. There are no exceptions for "it's on my own storage", "it's not published yet" or "the platform allowed it".
1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, store, reference, describe, tag, link to, schedule, post or otherwise use the Service in connection with any content that:
1.1 Involves minors
- Depicts, describes or sexualises any person under 18, real or simulated, including drawings, animation, AI-generated or "aged-up" material.
- Presents an adult performer as a minor through age-play framing, props, settings, captions, titles or tags that imply the performer is a child, or uses terms commonly associated with child sexual abuse material.
- Was produced by any person who was under 18 at the time of production.
1.2 Is non-consensual
- Was recorded, produced or distributed without the informed, documented consent of every person depicted, including hidden-camera, "leaked", "revenge" or ex-partner material.
- Depicts a person who has withdrawn consent to distribution, where you have been notified of that withdrawal.
- Depicts a real person whose likeness has been inserted, altered or generated (deepfakes and other synthetic media) without that person's documented consent.
- Depicts any person who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated to the point of incapacity, or otherwise unable to consent, in a sexual context.
- Depicts actual (non-simulated) sexual violence, coercion or force, or presents sexual activity as non-consensual in a way that violates the content rules of the platform you distribute to.
1.3 Involves exploitation
- Involves human trafficking, forced labour, coercion, debt bondage or any performer who was not freely participating.
- Was produced using threats, blackmail, intoxication or deception.
- Involves sex work advertising, escorting or prostitution services where prohibited by applicable law.
1.4 Is otherwise illegal or extreme
- Depicts sexual activity with animals.
- Depicts incest between actual relatives.
- Depicts actual serious bodily harm, torture, mutilation, necrophilia or death in a sexual context.
- Depicts or promotes terrorism, hate, or violence against people based on a protected characteristic.
- Is illegal to produce, possess or distribute in Australia, in the United States (where our servers are located), or in the country where you or the depicted persons are located.
1.5 Infringes rights
- Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, including content you did not produce and have not licensed, and "stolen" or re-uploaded content.
- Uses a performer's name, image or brand in a way they have not authorised.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service in a way that breaches the terms of service or content rules of any third-party platform, including by automating actions a platform prohibits, evading bans, creating sock-puppet accounts, or circumventing verification or rate limits.
- Provide false identification, consent or age records, or claim to hold records you do not hold.
- Share your account, resell access, or use the Service for anyone whose content you do not control and cannot vouch for.
- Attempt to access another customer's data, probe or attack our systems, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Upload malware, or use the Service to send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, dox or stalk anyone.
- Use the Service if you are under 18 or have been removed from it before.
3. Your records
Because Vaultmastr relies on you to vouch for your content, you must at all times hold, and be able to produce within 72 hours of our request, for every scene you manage using the Service:
- government-issued photo identification for every performer, showing they were 18 or older on the production date;
- a signed release or consent form from every performer covering recording and distribution to the platforms you use; and
- where applicable, records complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
The Service gives you a place to keep references to these documents in your own cloud storage. That is a convenience, not a verification: we do not check your records, and keeping them in Vaultmastr does not transfer any legal obligation from you to us.
The same applies when you post. The Vaultmastr extension and copy sheet fill in text, tags, categories, dates and prices. They never tick or confirm a platform's age, consent, ownership or terms declarations. You make every one of those declarations yourself, and you are the one bound by them.
4. How we detect and act on breaches
4.1 Automated scanning. We may use automated tools, including industry hash-matching technology for known child sexual abuse material, on files or images that pass through or are cached by our infrastructure. We may add further automated or manual checks at any time without notice.
4.2 Reports. Anyone can report content or an account to [email protected]. We review every report. See Content Removal & Complaints.
4.3 Investigation. We may suspend an account while we investigate, and may ask you to produce the records in section 3. Failure to produce them within 72 hours is itself a breach.
4.4 Enforcement. Depending on severity we may: remove content or data; restrict features; suspend the account; or permanently terminate the account and every associated account. For any breach of section 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3, termination is immediate and permanent.
4.5 No refunds. Where we terminate or suspend for breach, no refund or credit is given for any unused plan period or metered usage, to the extent permitted by law.
4.6 Reporting to authorities. We report suspected child sexual abuse material and suspected trafficking or exploitation to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC, the Australian Federal Police / ACCCE and the eSafety Commissioner), preserve the relevant records for as long as the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement in any country. We will not notify you before doing so.
4.7 Liability. You are solely responsible and liable for any content or conduct that breaches this policy, and you indemnify us for all resulting loss as set out in the Terms of Service.
5. Appeals
If you believe we have made a mistake, email [email protected] within 14 days of the action with the subject "Appeal" and any evidence you want considered. We will respond within 10 business days. Decisions involving section 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 are final once we have referred the matter to an authority.
6. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. The current version is always at vaultmastr.com/legal/acceptable-use.
