Effective date: 8 October 2026 · Version: 1.0
Vaultmastr is a workflow tool used by adult content creators and studios. We do not host or publish adult content: our customers' files live in their own cloud storage, and the content they distribute is published on third-party platforms (Pornhub, ManyVids, Clips4Sale and others) under those platforms' own rules.
That means the fastest way to get content taken down is to report it to the platform where it is published: every major platform has a dedicated removal form. We still want to hear about it, because we will act against any customer who uses Vaultmastr in connection with illegal or non-consensual material.
1. How to report to us
Email [email protected] with:
- the kind of problem (see the categories below);
- where the content is, the URL(s) on the platform where you found it, and anything that identifies the creator or studio (name, handle, scene title);
- for non-consensual or identity complaints, a statement that you are the person depicted (or are authorised to act for them), we will handle your identity confidentially;
- a way to contact you.
We acknowledge every report within 2 business days and keep you informed of the outcome where we lawfully can.
2. What we do
| Report type | Our action |
|---|---|
| Child sexual abuse material or suspected minor | Immediate suspension of the account; preservation of records; report to NCMEC and/or the Australian Federal Police / ACCCE; permanent ban; full cooperation with law enforcement. We do not notify the account holder. |
| Non-consensual intimate imagery / withdrawn consent / deepfake of a real person | We ask the account holder to produce performer consent and ID records within 72 hours. If they cannot, or the material is clearly non-consensual, we remove it from the Service, suspend or terminate the account, and, where you ask us to, pass your report to the platforms and to the eSafety Commissioner. Target: resolved within 48 hours of a substantiated report. |
| Trafficking, coercion or exploitation | Immediate suspension, record preservation, report to the relevant authorities, permanent ban. |
| Copyright or trademark infringement | See section 3. |
| Other breach of our Acceptable Use & Content Policy | Investigation and, where substantiated, removal, suspension or termination. |
"Remove" means we delete the relevant scene data and file references from the Service and instruct the account holder to remove the content from every platform. We cannot delete files from a customer's own cloud storage or from a third-party platform; for those, report to the provider directly.
3. Copyright (DMCA and equivalent) notices
If you believe a Vaultmastr customer is using our Service to manage content that infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] (subject "Copyright"), containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the material you say is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (URLs, scene titles, creator name);
- your contact details;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
We will remove or disable access to the material within the Service, notify the account holder, and allow them to send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.
Copyright notices: [email protected] (subject "Copyright").
4. Performer and consent queries
If you appear in content managed through Vaultmastr and want to know how a studio is handling your identification documents or consent records, contact the studio first, they hold your documents in their own storage, not ours. If you cannot reach them or are not satisfied, contact us and we will help where we can, including by requiring the studio to produce the records.
5. Appeals by account holders
If your content or account was actioned and you believe we got it wrong, see section 5 of the Acceptable Use & Content Policy.
6. Law-enforcement and regulator requests
Agencies may contact [email protected] (subject "Law enforcement"). We respond to valid legal process and to emergency requests involving risk to a person's safety. We preserve records on request for 90 days pending process.
