Account owners add sub-users under Setup → Sub-users.
- Enter their name and email and choose their access.
- Press Create invite link, then copy it or press Email it.
- They open the link, choose their own password and land in your Content vault. The link works once, for 14 days.
Upload & distribution — add scenes, upload files, fill in scene details, add performers, categories and tags, and post with the extension.
Read only — post the scenes that are already there with the extension, and download briefs and files. They can't add, upload or edit.
Neither kind can delete or remove anything, or see billing, cloud storage, creators, brands, API keys or your sub-users. Change someone's access or remove them any time — removing signs them out everywhere.
An email address that already has a Vaultmastr login can't be used for a sub-user; they'll need a different one.
